Rules
RPC Law Above All
RPC law comes first. Always. These site rules come above the room rules, above character drama, above personal arguments, and above anyone trying to be clever about loopholes. Do not test this, baka.
Do Not Spam the Room
When people are roleplaying, let the posts breathe. Do not flood the chat with nonstop OOC, side comments, or random interruptions while scenes are happening. A little chatter is fine. Turning the room into noise is not.
Keep Heavy Real Life Topics Out
This place is meant to be an escape. Do not openly discuss sensitive real-life topics, dump personal problems into the room, or drag everyone into your stress. We are here to write, relax, laugh, flirt, fight monsters, and pretend the world is not on fire for a while.
No Smut
This is not that kind of room. Romance, flirting, teasing, crushes, tension, and cute ship moments are completely fine. Explicit sexual roleplay is not. Take that to DMs.
Respect the Mods
The mods keep the room safe. Their word is final in disputes. If you disagree with a ruling, speak to Pride privately and respectfully. Do not argue in the room, do not make a scene, and do not block mods. Blocking a mod means you are choosing the ban route.
Companionship
Not everyone will be best friends. That is normal. But this space is meant for everyone, not one clique. Do not make people feel invisible, unwanted, or pushed out. Welcome new writers. Include others when you can. The Starlight Brigade is a guild, not a popularity contest.
Respect Every Writing Style
This room exists to inspire writing. Big posts, small posts, casual posts, serious posts, canon characters, original characters, beginners, veterans - all of it is welcome. If you do not have something kind or useful to say, do not say anything. We encourage writers here. We do not mock them, shame them, or tear them down for how they write. Being cruel about someone's writing is an instant ban. Pride bonk.
No Drama
Do not bring outside drama into the room. I do not care what happened in another room, another server, another group, or between people who are not here. Do not import drama. Do not create drama. Do not recruit people into drama. Leave it outside the door.
Instant Ban Offenses
Pedophilia, racism, homophobia, or bigotry of any kind will get you banned instantly. Doing it in character does not protect you. If your writing glorifies it, excuses it, or uses character roleplay as a shield for being disgusting, you are gone. In-character behavior is not a free pass to be vile.
